Milled using modern technology, our Millet seedis stone ground into flour and packed as per customer specifications. The operation takes place in a fully enclosed, indoor environment and is not subject to environmental factors. The stone ground flour passes through an internal sieve, which can be set to the micron size if specified by the customer. The finished product is packed in multi-wall paper sacks as per customer specifications in relation to package size and pallet configuration.

Our Millet flour has a light flavour perfect as a gluten free baking flour, packed with protein, amino acids, fibre and is an alkaline grain making it easy to digest.
