Red Lentil Flour is made from the red colored variety of the edible pulse family using modern Stone Milling technology and packed as per customer requirements.

Originating from the warm dryer continents of the Middle East and Asis, lentils are now grown in most parts of the world and have many health benefits. Lentils contain high amounts of protein, dietary fibre, foliate, Vitamin B and other minerals.

Red Lentil Flour is often used in making flat breads and other baked products and can also be used as a gluten free flour replacement.
